Your CE transcript is conveniently located in your UAMS Cloud CME account. To access that transcript, please log into uams.cloud-cme.com and click on “My CE” button on the right side of the page. From there, you will click on the “Transcripts” button.
If you need a transcript other than your own, please fill out the form below. For multiple transcript requests, please email your request.
