Regularly Scheduled Series
Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) activities are accredited CE/CME activities planned as a series of lectures presented primarily to an internal audience and held on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
All RSS activities are accredited for the academic year, July 1-June 30. Applications for RSS activities will be accepted throughout the academic year, with Joint providership fees prorated based on the amount of time remaining in the year.
There are three types of RSS activities: Grand Rounds/Lecture Series, Case Conferences, and Journal Clubs.

Please note before starting the application process:
- Use the Application Examples below. We have given you the answers to most of the questions.
- Use Chrome or Firefox as your Browser when working in CloudCME. Other browsers may not work with the program.
- No paper disclosures. Everyone must fill out the online disclosure form.
- Our accreditation statements have changed, so please do not use any old forms.
- Interprofessional education (IPE) is a priority for UAMS at all levels of education, including continuing education. Planning this activity for at least 2 healthcare professionals (i.e. physicians and nurses) and including representatives of these healthcare professions on the planning committee, will be a way to demonstrate your department’s commitment to IPE.
- Nursing, pharmacy, PA, and physician credits are available through a single application process for your RSS. It is recommended that you include a nurse, physician, or pharmacist, on your planning committee.
